I just came from my New Patient Appointment - my first dental exam in 5 years, due to moving states during COVID and my fear of the dentist. From the moment that I called to make the appointment, the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The experience that my daughter and I had for our appointment matched this - the dental hygienist was thorough, detailed and the nicest person. The Doctor was even nicer! I had just eaten lunch and realized that I had a loose tooth. I called WestPark Dental and they were able to get me in within two hours. Dr. Thomas was able to repair my implant and have me back in service within an hour. The care and treatment that I received was outstanding, efficient, and beyond my expectation. Dr Sandridge has been my dentist for years because he “caters to cowards” like me. He will do everything he can to ensure I am comfortable before beginning. The slightest grimmace on my face will have him checking if I’m ok and if it is ok to continue.  I’ve had pretty scary stuff done like dental implants and root canals.I trusted Dr Sandridge so come that bein afraid of the pain during the procedure never occurred to me. I was more worried about pain afterward because I’m allergic to high powered pain meds.

I highly recommend West Park Dentalpp. Dr Sandridge and his entire staff are there to make your visit ss pleasant  as possible.

Fantastic the assistant was very knowledgeable and professional the doctor was very thorough in the examination answering all my question and recommending a sensible course of action those are the reasons I go back over and over to the practice. First visit was an emergency. They got me in quickly after asking about my pain level. His method of delivering the novocaine is unique & less invasive than most. The idea of no sedation is a HUGE PLUS for me also.  Getting ready to start on a long plan. Several visits in now & he is still the best dentist ever - he listens to the patient, offers solutions and is very kind & caring
